ppWithin GOSP – Generali Operations Service Platform, we are seeking an experienced bMS Copilot Studio Specialist /b /p pGiven the growing demand for enterprise AI agents and agentic automation solutions, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining Copilot Studio agents in enterprise environments, with solid experience in integrating agents with business processes, data sources, workflows, and Microsoft Power Platform capabilities.
/p pKey responsibilities of the role will include: /p ul liDesign, build, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for enterprise business scenarios.
/li liTranslate business requirements into agent architectures, conversation flows, topics, actions, prompts, knowledge sources, and integrations.
/li liIntegrate Copilot Studio agents with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
/li liCollaborate with business stakeholders, IT, security, compliance, and platform teams to identify, assess, and prioritize agent opportunities.
/li liConduct feasibility studies, solution design assessments, and technical evaluations for agentic automation initiatives.
/li liPrepare and maintain project documentation, including solution design, architecture diagrams, process flows, test plans, release notes, and operational runbooks.
/li liMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Copilot Studio agents to ensure reliability, usability, performance, and continuous improvement.
/li liStay up to date with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, generative AI, governance, and responsible AI best practices.
/li /ul pbKey Responsibilities /b: /p ul liDesign and develop automation workflows, agents, and scripts using intelligent automation platforms and agentic AI capabilities /li liCollaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, analyze processes, and deliver scalable automation solutions /li liConduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for automation initiatives /li liDevelop and maintain project documentation (design specs, process flows, test plans) /li liTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows and automation agents /li liProvide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders /li liKeep up-to-date with the latest technology and tools /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: /p ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
/li li3+ years of experience in intelligent automation,
low-code development, conversational AI, or agentic automation solutions.
/li liHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio as the primary required skill.
/li liStrong knowledge of Copilot Studio topics, actions, generative answers, knowledge sources, authentication, environment strategy, and lifecycle management.
/li liExperience integrating Copilot Studio with Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, APIs, and enterprise systems.
/li liUnderstanding of governance, security, data protection, compliance, and responsible AI principles for enterprise agents.
/li liGood knowledge of process analysis, solution design, testing, release management, and documentation practices.
/li liExcellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
/li /ul pPreferred qualifications: /p ul liProven experience delivering Microsoft Copilot Studio agents across key project phases, from discovery, requirements analysis, and solution design through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
/li liGood experience with generative AI and agentic solution patterns, including prompt design, knowledge-grounded conversational experiences, AI-assisted prototyping, and the use of agentic coding tools to support development, testing, documentation, and solution configuration.
/li liFamiliarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot extensibility, Power Platform ALM, environment strategy, solution packaging, governance models, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices for enterprise agent deployments.
/li liExperience working in Agile delivery contexts within multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with business stakeholders, IT, security, compliance, and platform teams to shape agentic automation solutions.
/li liMicrosoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-900, PL-500, PL-200, or equivalent Microsoft Copilot Studio-related learning paths are considered an advantage.
/li liExperience with UiPath, Power Automate RPA, or other automation technologies is considered a plus, especially when combined with Copilot Studio and Power Platform delivery experience.

in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
/p pGross annual salary ranging between 40K€ and 55K€.
The final offer will be aligned with the candidate's professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
