We are seeking an Engineer to join a new build 47m explorer yacht to be delivered in March ****.
We are looking for a technically strong, hands?on Engineer who is proactive and works well as part of a team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in remote cruising areas, strong references and good longevity in previous positions.
This is a private and charter program designed for exploration.
Employment Start Date:Oct 1, ****
Location:Rossinavi Shipyard (Italy)
Contract:Full-time
Program:Private and light charter
Itinerary:First season in the Med (Summer ****), World Cruising (TBD)
Vessel Delivery date:March ****
Living Arrangements:



shore-based housing provided in Viareggio until vessel is ready for crew.
RequirementsAppropriate Chief Engineer certification for the vessel
Previous experience on similar-sized yachts
Valid Shengen Visa, if required (EU citizenship is highly preferred)
All certificates and documents up to date
xysqumeStrong references and proven longevity
Excellent English and communication skills
Professional, positive and team-oriented attitude
PackageSalary: $8,000 +/- monthly during yard period | $10k monthly once vessel is delivered in Spring ****
Leave: 60 days annually | potential to turn rotational after 1 year
