ppLocated 20 km east of the Gulf line and approximately 12 km southwest of a major processing facility, this project supplies water from three sources: an existing facility, a new central processing facility, and an aquifer.
The objective is water treatment and injection, processing 1,400MBCD to support production forecasts through ****, maintaining field capability, and expanding water facilities for increased capacity through ****.
/ph3Job Purpose /h3pResponsible for reviewing vendor technical evaluations and deviation lists from company standards for rotating equipment such as compressors, pumps, and gas turbines.
/ph3Key Responsibilities and Duties /h3ulliReview equipment datasheets and supporting documentation.
/liliParticipate in technical clarification meetings with vendors.
/liliDesign and implement cost-effective equipment modifications to improve safety, reliability, and throughput.
/liliDevelop project specifications with multidisciplinary colleagues.
/liliDevelop, test, and evaluate theoretical designs.
/liliDiscuss and solve complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, suppliers, and customers.
/liliManage projects using engineering principles and techniques.
/liliPlan and design new production processes.
/liliProduce specifications and outline designs.
/liliRecommend modifications following prototype test results.
/liliUse research, analytical, conceptual, and planning skills, especially mathematical modeling and computer-aided design.

both written and verbal /liliAdvanced computer skills with MS-Office /li /ulh3With minimum 20 or more years of experience in: /h3ulliDeveloping corrosion monitoring systems and experience in on-stream inspections (OSI) and In-line inspections (ILI) /liliRisk-based inspection (RBI) based on API-580 methodology /liliDeveloping coating plans, solutions for coating failures, and cathodic protection plans /liliCoating systems applications and limitations /liliDeveloping corrosion controls, corrosion loops, and damage mechanisms /liliPerforming corrosion risk assessments, using various inhibition chemicals and evaluating their performance /liliEvaluating and drawing conclusions from Corrosion Monitoring System data /liliTroubleshooting corrosion issues using root cause failure analysis (RCFA) /liliDeveloping and updating Corrosion Control Documents (CCDs) across project lifecycles /liliReviewing inspection program reports and recommending corrosion monitoring methods /liliDeveloping and implementing corrosion control and mitigation strategies for in-plant assets and pipelines /liliConducting corrosion surveys to identify high-risk areas and recommending corrective actions /liliDeveloping dashboards including Integrity Operating Window (IOWs) and KPIs /liliManaging changes related to metallurgy and corrosion management /liliParticipating in technical bid evaluations and post-purchase manufacturer document reviews /liliReviewing detailed design vendor packages for new and existing facilities regarding metallurgy and corrosion management /liliFamiliarity and experience with various industry standards, practices, and procedures /liliNACE Specialist Certification, NACE Corrosion Technologist, API-571, NACE CP level II preferred /liliIn-depth knowledge of API-571, API-579, API-580, API-570, and API-510 /liliActive membership in professional societies such as IMechE, ASME, API, ISO, NACE, TWI is highly desirable /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
