pVertiv is seeking a Lean Specialist to drive Lean Manufacturing across three production plants in Italy.
You will work with Manufacturing Managers to raise safety, quality, delivery and cost performance while boosting overall operations.
/ppYou will lead Lean initiatives, train teams on 5S, VSM, TPM, SMED and Standard Work; monitor KPIs; identify bottlenecks; support FMEA with RD; and help optimize layouts and tools.
Strong English and drawing-reading skills are essential.
