Experteer Italy is seeking a Marketing Operations Lead to scale MarTech, automation, and CX integrations across multiple brands and markets in Italy. You will shape the operating model, tooling strategy, and delivery standards within the Marketing CoE, collaborating with brand teams and local web/dev groups.

You will drive scalable processes, AI-enabled tooling adoption, governance, and sprint-based delivery, leading pillar managers to maintain high data quality and speed of marketing execution.
