FAO is seeking a Senior Forestry Officer for the Forestry Division (NFO) based at FAO headquarters in Rome, Italy. The role focuses on sustainable forest management, biodiversity mainstreaming in forestry and dryland landscapes, and policy support to Members and Decentralized Offices.

The position requires leadership of technical work, development of standards and guidance, and collaboration with international partners to advance FAO's Strategic Framework and biodiversity objectives.
