Transformation Project Manager

As Transformation Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across Akkodis, focusing on digital transformation and engineering services. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards and client expectations. Reporting to Operations Direction, you will collaborate with teams in Italy and Spain to drive company-wide transformation and innovation. This role offers the chance to shape strategic programs that accelerate growth and organizational change.
- Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to closure
- Coordinate activities among internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including plans, KPIs, and risk logs
- Gather requirements and define roadmaps and milestones
- Track deliverables and mitigate issues or risks
- Support digital transformation and innovation projects
- Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment
- Oversee budget, timelines, and resource allocation with corrective actions
- 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager or in related roles
- Bachelor in Engineering (Industrial, Computer, Management)
- Good understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities
- Experience working with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with digital transformation and IT processes or emerging technologies
- Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence)
- Autonomous, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
