- Manage marketing budget controlling activities, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and close monitoring with relevant stakeholders to maintain alignment with company decisions and priorities.
- Coordinate and lead the end-to-end execution of 360° Marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional alignment, and consistent implementation across the market.
- Monitor business performance and support the Sales team in identifying growth opportunities and developing recovery plans when needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects by liaising with the relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely execution in line with the manager’s guidance.
- Proactively support the Marketing, Communication, and Graphic Design teams in identifying strategic initiatives aimed at improving business performance and profitability.
- Perform detailed analyses of sales activities and marketing campaigns, preparing reports and insights for the manager as well as the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Conduct ongoing market research to assess brand perception, analyze competitors, understand consumer needs,
evaluate category penetration in the eyewear market, and provide actionable insights to the Marketing team to develop strategic touchpoints that maximize sales.
Who You Are
- +5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the luxury, fashion, consumer goods, or eyewear industry.
- Master’s degree in, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive initiatives from planning through execution.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Availability to travel internationally as required to support business activities and project execution.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
