Are you ambitious, motivated and eager to learn all about investing in Direct Real Estate? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint? The resource will be focused on Italian and European markets, with the purpose to support Asset Management activities for Direct Real Estate investments.

- Support the daily management and oversight of the Direct Real Estate Investments of UBS funds and mandates
- Support the assessment of investment opportunities, business plan review and H/S analysis
- Business plan implementation, including leasing, CapEX strategies
- Assist the coordination and supervision of audit and administrative processes;
- Data analysis including market research, reporting, presentations and cash-flow modelling
