OCS Marketing Intern

Hi We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for an OCS Marketing Intern. The selected candidate will be part of the Away From Home Marketing team within the Italy Business Unit to support the Product Manager for the assigned area of activity. In brief, the person will support the Product Manager in all marketing activities (marketing mix management) from identification of the needs for specific products for the local market with the related potential and / or optimization of the existing product range to the execution of the communication plan and other promotional activities. Your Day-to-day Activities
- Market analysis to highlight new opportunities for new products/activities and/or business tools for specific customer needs/channel/country
- Periodic tracking of business and competition trends on the main Key Performance Indicators including new product launches and communication activities
- Definition and implementation of Marketing activities (marketing mix management) in accordance with the local Trade Marketing and Sales team and in allignment with global Marketing and Trade marketing department
- Development and execution of the annual Marketing Plan in line with the assigned objectives
- Operational support in managing events on the territory
Who We’re Looking For
- You’re available for a 6-month tempo pieno internship. Starting date: September/October 2026
- You’ll be fluent in Italian and English
- You have a Master’s degree in Business Administration preferably in Marketing
- You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
- You are a team player, curious and eager to learn
