Principali Attività

- Progettare, sviluppare e mantenere soluzioni software complesse per piattaforme iLottery.
- Guidare l’architettura tecnica e le decisioni di design per garantire scalabilità, sicurezza e performance.
- Collaborare con team cross-funzionali (DevOps, QA, Product Management) per la consegna di soluzioni end-to-end.
- Supervisionare e supportare sviluppatori junior e mid-level, promuovendo best practice e code review.
- Integrare sistemi di pagamento, CRM, antifrode e altri servizi esterni.
- Garantire la conformità con normative di gioco e standard di sicurezza (es. ISO 27001, OWASP).
- Partecipare alla definizione della roadmap tecnica e alla pianificazione delle release.
- Monitorare e ottimizzare le performance dei sistemi in produzione

Requisiti





- Laurea magistrale in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o simili.
- Almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza nello sviluppo software, di cui almeno 2 in ambito iLottery o iGaming.
- Certificazioni tecniche (es. AWS Certified Developer, TOGAF) sono un plus.

- Capacità di lavorare in ambienti regolamentati e ad alta affidabilità.
- Ottime doti comunicative e di collaborazione.
- Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione autonoma dei progetti.
