ph3Global Retail Events Manager (Maternity Cover) /h3 h3Job Purpose /h3 pThe Retail Events Manager is responsible for creating event concepts and planning and delivering in‑store events that enhance brand visibility, drive business performance, and strengthen client engagement. Working closely with local and cross‑functional teams, the role ensures all events align with company standards, budget objectives, and commercial goals while maximizing attendance, customer experience, and ROI. The role also supports the identification of local market opportunities to develop impactful and brand‑consistent promotional activities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyzes market trends and competitors’ activities related to in‑store events and promotional initiatives; /li liDefines, together with local affiliates, strategic priorities and activation plans aligned with commercial objectives, client engagement and brand awareness goals; /li liEnsures, in collaboration with local teams, the planning and monitoring of budgets in line with company strategy, guaranteeing the proper management of investments and costs; /li liIdentifies and manages external suppliers, ensuring the effective delivery of all assigned activities; /li liCoordinates external agencies for the development and execution of event concepts and related initiatives; /li liCollaborates with internal cross‑functional teams involved in the planning and execution of events and activities; /li liDefines global concepts, guidelines and frameworks for retail events and client experiences, ensuring international consistency and local adaptability, with direct responsibility for the ideation, planning and execution of events in all their aspects,
including targeting and client attendance strategy in collaboration with the CRM team; /li liOversees on‑site event activities in partnership with local offices and teams; /li liPartners with the Prada Group Communication function in defining event formats and supporting the execution of image events coordinated by the Communication and PR teams; /li liReviews and processes supplier invoices within company systems to ensure accurate post‑event budget reconciliation; /li liProduces weekly qualitative and quantitative reporting on centrally and locally organized events within the areas of responsibility, with the objective of monitoring performance and business impact. /li /ul h3Knowledge and Skills /h3 ul liAt least 5-7 years of experience in the luxury market required /li liStrong strategic mindset with solid understanding of retail dynamics, client engagement and brand positioning /li liExcellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives and multiple priorities simultaneously /li liExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) /li liFluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus /li /ul pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
