For our Tax Team in Mathi, Italy and Katowice, Poland we are currently looking for a (Senior) Tax Analyst. Location: For candidates located in Poland the role will be based in business service center in Katowice, Poland. For candidates based in Italy, the position will be located in Mathi, Italy.
Responsibilities
- Manage quarterly and year-end IFRS tax provision, consolidating global data, calculating the provision, and identifying opportunities for process improvement
- Lead quarterly global tax cash flow reporting and forecasting, reviewing trial balances and tax packs, validating tax‑related accounts, confirming permanent and temporary differences
- Own tax‑related balance sheet reconciliations (current tax receivables/payables, deferred tax assets/liabilities, uncertain tax positions)
- Provide support on strategic and special projects,
including implementation and follow‑up
- Coordinate Pillar Two returns, reporting and disclosures with the support of external advisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment
- Fluent English
- Very good skills in MS Excel
- Willingness to work hybrid
- Ability to work independently and manage complex, end-to-end processes
- Hands‑on, deadline‑driven, able to manage multiple entities across jurisdictions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, positive, and solution‑oriented mindset
- Prior exposure to OECD Pillar Two and Transfer Pricing (TP) concepts is highly valued but not required
