Your role in Tenova: Data Analytics Specialist
Description
We are looking for a motivated Data Analytics Specialist to join our ICT Team and contribute to our Artificial Intelligence initiatives. If you're eager to learn, passionate about data and technology, and excited to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and technology leaders to define the AI strategy for data analytics, focusing on decision support and predictive capabilities.
- Evaluate and contribute to the selection and implementation of the AI‑powered analytics platform,
ensuring alignment with Tenova’s strategic goals.
- Explore and prototype AI/ML models to extract insights from structured and unstructured data, supporting strategic planning and operational excellence.
- Support the transition from legacy systems (e.g., SAP BW) by ensuring continuity of data access and quality, while driving innovation through new platforms.
- Design and deliver interactive dashboards and visualizations (Power BI or similar) to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Ensure data governance, security, and compliance across all analytics and AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as Data Analytics Specialist.
- Solid experience with SAP Business Warehouse (data modeling, ETL, reporting).
- Strong understanding of data analytics architectures, with interest or experience in AI/ML applications.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other BI tools is a plus.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent in English.
