Overview

Junior Customer Transformation Consultant - Intern. Contributed to digital transformation projects for key financial services players as part of the fast‑growing Customer Transformation FS team at PwC Customer Advisory.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate projects with a focus on digital channel innovation and its impact on end customers.
- Analyze and support the definition of innovative solutions, both custom and market‑ready, for clients.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree (or current enrolment) in economics, management, engineering, or computer science.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to devise functional and innovative solutions in complex projects.
- Passion for digital transformation in the financial services sector.




- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and ready to take on challenging consulting work.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and relational skills.
- Motivation for consulting in complex and demanding environments.
