Junior Consultant IT Strategy – In EY Consulting's Technology Strategy Transformation Practice, based in Milan, Rome, Torino and Bari, you will support client engagements across diverse industries, applying digital and strategic insights to deliver tangible value.
Responsibilities
- Support project management and coordination (PM-PMO).
- Assist business teams in defining project requirements and conducting technical and functional analysis.
- Help draft as‑is processes and redesign to‑be flows.
- Monitor project activities to ensure deadlines are met and manage risks and issues using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and PowerBI.
- Define and track KPIs and OKRs to monitor project objectives.
- Manage client and stakeholder communications, both internal and external (clients, suppliers).
- Prepare project support documents, including kick‑off, SAL meetings, and Gantt charts.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering (management) or Economics.
- Analytical mindset, flexibility, and teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in Office, English language, and familiarity with AI tools.
