Responsibilities
- Responsible for handling company's ongoing projects
- Work closely with project team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track
- Develop a Project Execution Strategy, ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed overall project schedule (plan), updating it to reflect progress
- Use appropriate metrics (including financial) to track project performances
- Coordinate all activities for the allocated scope including engineering, procurement and logistics
- Manage claims and change orders to/from customers and sub-suppliers during project execution
- Manage the relationship / communication with the client and all stakeholders
- Management of risks and opportunities by implementing appropriate action plans
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to the company procedure & processes
- Report and elevate to management as needed
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering and/or Business Management or High school graduation
- At least 2/3 years of experience in structured manufacturing companies
- Strong planning, organizing, and priority setting skills
- Strong in building relationships with clients, suppliers and contractors
- Ability to relate to client's management, senior & top management and staff
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to understand ERP implementation
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the industrial sector
- Project Management Certification (PMI / IPMA) is a plus.
