Installation Supervisor

Responsibilities

- Supervising lifting operations, wind turbine preparation, and inspections
- Follow‑up work inside the wind turbine at all Vestas wind parks under assembly
- Ensuring the quality guarantee, reporting any non‑compliance, and creating punch lists during wind turbine installation
- Ensuring proper unloading of components: inspection, repairs of the wind turbine during installation, and work inside the tower
- Reporting on safety, cost planning, quality improvement, and deviations

Requirements

- High school degree +2/3 years in construction management or an equivalent field
- 1-2 years of experience in site and team management
- Knowledge of safety, management procedures, delivery stations, electrical instruments, cells, and APIs; understanding of technical documents
- Experience in the wind sector is valuable
- Fluency in Italian and English (both spoken and written) is essential

Demonstrates expertise in supervising wind turbine operations, ensuring quality compliance, and managing site activities. Proficient in safety management and technical documentation, with strong communication skills in Italian and English.
