Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world,
within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
The Regional Key Account is responsible for managing and developing assigned customers across the Rome and Lazio area, driving sustainable sales growth, profitability and market share across a portfolio of market-leading FMCG brands across the Household, Hygiene, Sexual Wellness and Personal Care categories. With a strong focus on both sell-in and sell-out excellence, the role ensures the effective execution of commercial, category and promotional strategies, while building strong customer partnerships and identifying opportunities to accelerate business growth and in-store performance.
The role is field-based and requires regular presence across the Lazio region, with a strong focus on Rome. While the reporting office is located in Milan, relocation to or regular presenc
