About the Role
We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Milan team and develop their career in technical recruitment within a dynamic outsourcing environment. In this role, you'll focus on the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of IT professionals with our client portfolio across Italy. Contract Type: Permanent Employment
Salary Range: €25.000 - €35.000
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering roles across IT disciplines
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks.
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical competencies, career motivations, and suitability for outsourcing or staff augmentation models.
- Build and manage a high-quality, continuously evolving pipeline of IT talent for both immediate and future client needs.
- Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and client stakeholders, translating technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
- Advise clients and internal teams on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and talent availability within the Italian engineering land
