The Senior Payroll Specialist provides expert guidance on complex payroll matters, drives harmonization and continuous improvement,



and plays a critical role in shaping regional payroll strategy, controls, and capability.This position reports to Payroll Manager- EMEA and is part of the Corporate organization. Candidates that currently sit on-site or remotely will maintain their current location.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Provide senior‑level ownership for complex, high‑risk, or multi‑country payrolls across EMEA and act as the recognized expert for payroll calculations, statutory interpretation, and regulatory changes Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness. Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local payroll regulations. Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and final pay calculations. Prepare and submit required filings and reports.Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing. Escalate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
