We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to generate qualified leads for Red Raion's commercial lines through paid campaigns and conversion copy. The role covers B2B acquisition towards theme parks, FECs, hardware manufacturers and attraction designers across 40+ countries.
The ideal candidate writes the copy and runs the campaigns personally, manages a media budget with direct accountability on cost per lead, and reports performance on a monthly basis.
Responsibilities
- Setup, management and optimization of campaigns on LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads and YouTube Ads.
- Allocation of the monthly media budget across the commercial lines.
- Writing of ad copy, landing pages and email sequences for B2B buyers in location-based entertainment.
- Construction and maintenance of retargeting audiences and lookalike segments from website traffic, CRM lists and video views.
- Management of lead flow from ad platform to CRM, with source tracking on every lead.
- Setup and maintenance of automated nurturing sequences per commercial line.
- A/B testing on creative, audience and landing page, with documented results.
- Weekly reporting on spend, leads, cost per lead and conversion rate by line.
Requirements (Must-Have)Experience
- Minimum 3 years managing paid campaigns with direct budget responsibility.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including search, display and YouTube.
- Experience writing conversion copy for ads, landing pages and email sequences.
- Portfolio with campaign data: budget managed, cost per lead, conversion rates.
Industry Background
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Performance marketing agencies
- B2B companies with long sales cycles and high ticket value
- CGI / VFX / animation studios
- E-commerce or DTC brands with in-house media buying
- Location-based entertainment or leisure operators

- Autonomy in producing copy and campaigns.
- Decision-making based on campaign data.
- Discipline in documenting tests, including the ones that fail.
- Willingness to collect feedback from the sales team on lead quality.
- Reliability on reporting deadlines.
- Clear, direct and effective communication.

- Fluent English (C1 level or above), written and spoken
- Copywriting for conversion across ads, landing pages and email.
- Media budget management with accountability on cost per lead.
- Funnel construction from first impression to booked meeting.
- Audience segmentation and retargeting.
- Conversion tracking setup and attribution across platforms.
- Simultaneous management of campaigns across multiple business lines.
Preferred Qualifications
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager experience in B2B with sales cycles of 6 months or longer.
- Copywriting in both Italian and English.
- Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with direct response frameworks.
- Basic image and video editing for ad creative (Canva, CapCut or Adobe suite).
- Experience with local B2C campaigns for a physical venue (a plus).
