Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking an HR Administration specialist to manage end-to-end onboarding and serve as the main contact for employees and managers on HR matters in Italy.

You will maintain records, handle leaves, permits, injuries, and severance pay, coordinate hires and terminations, and support attendance tracking and KPI reporting. Proficiency in Excel and HRIS like Workday is preferred. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ HR experience are required; fluent English is essential.
