As Site RSPP is Legally responsible for Italian Law on all Site H&S; matters according to D.Lgs.81/08.The activity is aimed at developing, implementing, and monitoring Site H&OS; strategy, programs, policies and communication to ensure Goal Zero, compliance with statutory and LYB requirements and promotion an healthy and safe work environment, in collaboration with Site Leadership and employees and with continuous improvement. and direct advisor of both Manufacturing and R&D; Site Manager on H&S; matter. Collaborate to represents Ferrara Site on H&OS; matters (e.g., audits) with Authorities, unions, third parties, Ferrara consortium and with LYB Corporate HSE.Ensures strategy, planning and execution of all H&OS; processes and activities by managing a team of approx. 9 LYB resources (including LYB exempt Site SMEs, coordinators of activities) for the following disciplines: Health, Health & Safety risk assessment, Occupational Safety daily
