We’re looking for you, starting immediately: Social Media Specialist & Event Assistant
The new hire will join the Marketing department at Cavallino Bianco in Caorle.
Your professional profile:
- Native Italian speaker with excellent knowledge of English (C1 level), both written and spoken (to be tested during the interview). Knowledge of German will be a significant plus.
- At least 2 years of prior experience in social media and/or event planning
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe software
- Knowledge of the digital communications and social media landscape
- Creativity and the ability to adapt to new and varied situations
- Enjoy interacting with guests and a desire to create events to entertain them during their stay
Your responsibilities:
- Preparing a social media editorial calendar, including creating copy and photo/video content
- Scheduling content across various channels (Meta)
- Engaging with the community (DMs, comments, etc.)
- Assisting with the creation and distribution of periodic newsletters
- Managing collaborations with influencers
- Organizing photo and video shoots
- Managing online portals and our own website (photos/text)
- Support in organizing, setting up, and taking down events on-site
