Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for ETF listing operations associate in our offices in Milan.

- Gross Annual Salary starting from: 35.600 euro
- Buoni pasto CCNL Credito
- Fixed term contract

You will primarily be responsible for:

- Managing and overseeing the admission process for Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) to listing on Euronext markets,
- ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures
- Coordinating with issuers, advisors and internal stakeholders to collect, review and validate listing documentation
- Supporting issuers throughout the listing process, providing guidance on rule application and market requirements
- Preparing and publishing relevant market notices and announcements related to ETF listings
- Collaborating with the Corporate Actions and Market Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate reference data management
- Contributing to projects aimed at improving listing processes and implementing new functionalities or regulatory changes
- Monitoring market trends and regulatory developments relevant to ETFs

Your profile:

- Strong understanding of financial markets, with a focus on ETFs and equity capital markets
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with issuers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of database management or SQL is a plus
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlinesFluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
- One to three years of relevant experience preferred
