Experienced CFO for hyperscaling Start-Up in Brixen

Position Overview
If you've experience scaling fast and raising institutional capital, integrating acquisitions, and wondered what it takes to do it in deep tech - we're bridging exactly that gap. Real venture scaling, Series A preparation, and the opportunity to build financial operations from the ground up in a company that's already shipping to the world's biggest brands.

Responsibilities

- Architect financial infrastructure for fundraising and international expansion
- Build scalable finance and treasury, FP&A;, and accounting functions for multi-country operations
- Maintain and build relationships with European and US institutional investors
- Lead potential M&A; activities and integration efforts
- Partner with CEO, CTO and Board on corporate strategy and capital allocation
- Implement enterprise financial systems and controls
- Manage quarterly Board presentations and investor relations
- Oversee bookkeeping and financial reporting

Qualifications




- 4+ years in a responsible position within a company during hypergrowth (ideally PE/VC-backed )
- Led ERP implementations and built finance team
- Raised institutional capital and managed Board/investor relations
- US market expertise with excellent English
- MBA + technical/engineering degree strongly preferred

Nice to Have
- Led company through exit (management-led recap or sale to PE firm)
- Executed M&A; transactions from due diligence through integration
- Strong US investor and market knowledge and network
- Background in industrial services
- Immediate availability or short notice period
