Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a leading low-cost airline for a Ground Operations Airport Supervisor based at Rome Fiumicino Airport (FCO).
The successful candidate will support and supervise daily airport operations, ensuring safety, punctuality, service quality, and compliance with company procedures. The role reports directly to the Ground Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise airport operations, including passenger handling, ramp activities and load control.
- Monitor ground handling performance and operational KPIs.
- Support passengers during flight disruptions and irregular operations.
- Coordinate communication between the airline, airport partners and passengers.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct station inspections and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
Mandatory
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic operational environment.
- Availability to travel within Italy and abroad when required.
Preferred
- Previous experience in aviation or airport operations.
- Knowledge of Newskies, AIMS and SITA systems.
Compensation
- CCNL Trasporto Aereo, Level 6.
- Gross monthly salary: 1,749.20.
- Gross annual salary (RAL): 24,488.80 based on 14 monthly payments.
- Night shift premium according to the applicable collective agreement.
- Overtime opportunities available and paid.
Working Hours
- Shift-based schedule between 06:00 and 22:00.
- Five working days per week.
- Flexibility required based on operational needs.
