As Director of Sales for Verdura Resort, you will lead the property's sales strategy to drive revenue growth and profitability. You will manage key accounts, develop new business, and shape long-term market positioning, collaborating with Revenue Management, Marketing, and Operations. You’ll oversee the Golf segment and lead the sales team to achieve targets across luxury leisure, corporate, and groups markets. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership in a world-class resort environment.

- Define and execute Verdura’s sales strategy to grow revenue through key accounts and new business
- Strengthen relationships across luxury leisure, corporate, groups, and strategic markets (NA focus)
- Contribute to annual business planning, budgeting, and the Sales & Marketing Plan
- Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing,
and Operations to optimize pricing and channel mix
- Coordinate with Global Sales Offices to expand awareness and opportunities internationally
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and action plans
- Lead and develop the Sales team to meet targets and foster cross-functional collaboration
- Oversee the Golf segment and Golf Sales Manager to maximize golf revenue
- Collaborate with Groups & Events Sales to drive enquiries and targets
- Represent Verdura Resort at international trade shows, events, and workshops
- Senior Sales leadership experience in luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of North American market, luxury consortia, and luxury travel trade
- Experience in key account management, new business development, and strategic sales planning
