Job Description

THE JOURNEY

- Have full P&L; responsibility and own 360º the business in the Small and Medium cities (~30% of Italy business) and define the prioritization strategy
- Lead a team of +10 talented people to greatness
- Define and pursue the long-term strategy for the cities and leverage Italy and regional teams resources towards ambitious objectives
- Establish and maintain the best possible partnerships with retailers and stores for our platform.
- Be informed, get involved and make things happen with a doer attitude.
- Contribute actively to the teams’ development and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make the difference
