About The Job
Build and industrialize the technical capabilities needed to support the growth of AI initiatives, developing accelerators, integrations, intelligent agents, and reusable solutions.
What You Do
- Develop enterprise GenAI solutions.
- Build AI agents and intelligent workflows.
- Integrate with enterprise platforms and systems.
- Implement RAG, knowledge access, and agentic workflows.
- Provide technical support to business initiatives.
- Evaluate and experiment with new AI technologies.
- Define reusable frameworks and accelerators.
- Collaborate with Architecture, Security, and Data Management.
What You Bring
- Experience in AI Engineering or Software Engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of LLMs, agent frameworks, and GenAI technologies.
- Experience with Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Claude Code, Copilot Studio, and equivalent frameworks.
- Experience with the AI Development Lifecycle (AI DLC).
- Experience in automation, intelligent automation, and RPA platforms.
- Knowledge of Python, API integration, and modern software engineering practices.
- A pragmatic, delivery-oriented approach.
What We Offer
- Starting annual compensation from 76,000 €
