Job Overview: Givenchy, a prestigious and iconic fashion house, seeks a highly experienced and dynamic Production, Purchasing & Quality Manager to lead all aspects of production, from raw materials to final shipments. The role supervises Leathergoods, Accessories and Shoes Production activities in Italy including Production Planning, Purchasing and Quality with external suppliers.

Job Responsibilities
- Production
- Leading and Coordination of Production Planning Team
- Allocation of Production, Press, VIP, Uniform, Outlet orders for LG, Shoes, Bijoux, Accessories
- Monitoring of Budget
- Coordination of weekly meetings with Development, Industrialization and Quality Teams




- Management of external vendors during Production to guarantee the respect of the delivery dates agreed between the Industrial Team and the Supply Chain Central
- Management of the Industrial Production Plan of Givenchy Accessories
- Consolidation of relationships with suppliers
- Management contracts with suppliers, documents and procedures
- Bargaining Production capacities
- Focus on launches and priorities: creation of Retroplanning
- Analysis of KPIs: on time, accuracy, cancellations end season
- Analysis and Reports sharing with Direction and Suppliers
- Vendor Rating: KPI and Dashboard for Suppliers
- Creation and sharing of Production Report
- Coordination of Scouting for new suppliers
- Management and negotiation of Production costs and budget
- Purchasing
- Leading and Coordination of Purchasing Team
- Oversee Pre-Orders of Raw Materials (MRP)
- Management of Production of Raw Materials to guarantee the respect of the delivery dates agreed between the Industrial Team and the Supply Chain Cen
