About the team
the workday success plans team helps customers maximise value from their workday applications after go‑live. the team delivers programmes ranging from feature demos to full deployments, supporting finance, hr and planning on a single enterprise cloud.
About the role
you will act as a trusted workday advisor, assisting customers with configuration questions, troubleshooting, and feature demonstrations. you will create presentations, run accelerator webinars, provide optimisation packages, and conduct tenant reviews to accelerate feature adoption.
Primary responsibilities
- research customer questions and related workday concepts.
- deliver small‑scope consulting engagements, including configuration guidance, demos, tips and tricks.
- troubleshoot product configuration to meet business requirements.
- communicate solutions and value clearly to customers.
- prepare and deliver presentations on workday features.
- run accelerator webinars and one‑on‑one guidance sessions.
- review tenant setups to identify adoption opportunities.
- maintain workday expertise and certifications.
- contribute to new programmes that drive feature adoption.
- provide office hours consulting, configuration reviews and deployment support.
- travel up to 20% of the time.
About you
- 5+ years of it implementation experience.
- 5+ years with workday financials and reporting (composite reporting, building reports, etc.).
- 2+ years in software consulting.
- workday certification (or ability to certify) in reporting, financials or prism.
- strong communication skills in english, both verbal and written.
- ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver effective presentations.
- excellent critical‑thinking and multitasking abilities.
- bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
Location & compensation
based in milan, italy. base salary range €54,900 – €82,300, with premio, stock grants and flexible‑work benefits.
- flexible workhybrid model: at least 50% of time each quarter in the office or on‑site with customers, the remainder can be remote.
