Are you an executive powerhouse driving commercial strategy across ultra-luxury hospitality , premium travel experiences , and multi-site commercial operations ?

We are partnering with a world-class brand to appoint a dynamic Senior Vice President Commercial – Europe to spearhead regional expansion, drive commercial performance, and elevate operational excellence across major European hubs.

Key Strategic Priorities:

Regional P&L; Ownership: Scaling commercial performance, profitability, and strategic portfolio expansion across key European territories.

High-Stakes Partnerships:



Building and securing top-tier B2B relationships with key asset owners, commercial partners, and international real estate stakeholders.

World-Class Operations: Championing multi-site operational standards, high-touch luxury venues, and bespoke guest experience journeys.

What We Are Looking For:

Proven executive track record in Multi-Site Luxury Hospitality , Travel Retail , or Premium Food Concessions .

Demonstrated success managing regional P&Ls;, leading complex negotiations, and accelerating commercial growth across Europe.

A visionary leader who balances high-level strategic foresight with an agile, hands-on operational mindset.
