Job DescriptionYou lead the plant’s Continuous Improvement culture by coaching managers and teams to achieve business objectives through Lean and Six Sigma. You translate corporate CI strategy into plant-level execution and play a key role within the senior management team to drive sustainable performance.Responsibilities- Lead direct and indirect teams to embed a strong Continuous Improvement culture across the plant.- Communicate and deploy corporate CI goals, scorecards, and priorities at plant level.- Coach and support functional managers using Lean and Six Sigma to deliver measurable results.- Deploy OEB assessments, prioritize improvement areas, and mentor leaders through execution.- Plan and deliver CI capability building, including Lean training, kaizen events, and hands‑on learning.- Drive kaizen activity, ensuring event quality, scoring performance, and visible results.- Track and validate CI savings, engagement, and project progress through OIP and scorecards.- Implement best practices and plant‑wide lean tools to improve quality, cost, delivery, and safety.Requirements- 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean,
