Manager / Team Leader As Global OT Stream Lead, you drive the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of OT systems aligned with global business goals. You lead a dispersed team to standardize practices, enhance security, and enable scalable OT environments across sites. You collaborate with IT, Operations, and cross-functional partners to translate OT vision into actionable programs and projects. You will shape the roadmap for industrial automation technologies and drive innovation in a multinational, cross-cultural setting. and support cybersecurity by design Create and execute OT Vision into programs/projects to meet company goals Establish global OT standards, policies, and best practices across regions Ensure regulatory, cybersecurity, and safety compliance for standardized OT systems Collaborate with engineering and operations to align OT initiatives with enterprise goals Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and integrating them into the OT roadmap Provide project support across process engineering phases (design through startup) and build a network of experts Bachelor's degree / MSc in Computer Science, Automation, or related field 10+ years in Operational Technology or Industrial Automation Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams Experience in multinational, cross-cultural environments In-depth OT systems knowledge (SCADA, MES, PLCs, DCS, HMI) Strong IT/OT convergence understanding and data sharing challenges Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, NIST) Experience with cloud, IoT, Industry 4.0 As Global OT Stream Lead, you drive the strategy, implementation, and ongoing optimization of OT systems aligned with global business goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
