Jobgether is seeking a Team Lead, Enterprise Service Desk (FS) based in Italy for a fully remote, night-shift role. You will lead technical service delivery for an enterprise IT environment, act as a senior escalation point for Tier 1/2, and collaborate with Tier 3 engineers to resolve incidents and requests.

You will coach analysts, enforce SLAs, and drive continuous improvement across tickets, documentation, and processes in a structured service delivery setup.
