ICON plc is seeking a Study Start Up Associate II to lead initiation of clinical trials and ensure regulatory compliance across sites. You will manage site start-up activities, review essential documents, and collaborate with internal teams and CROs to improve SSU metrics.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in site start up within pharma or CROs, strong data-driven decision making, and excellent organizational and communication skills. The role is based in Italy with a comprehensive benefits package.
