As a Shop Manager, you aren't just managing a shift. You are running a business. You will have ownership of your store's performance, your team's development, and the customer experience.
What You’ll Do
As a Shop Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach, and develop your team
- Create a positive culture where people want to work and grow
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Manage your store's daily operations and performance
- Manage labor and staffing to meet the needs of the business
- Train and develop employees for future leadership opportunities
- Hold your team accountable to safety, quality, and operational standards
- Help your store achieve sales, customer service, and performance goals
- Build a team that takes pride in the work they do





You won't be doing it alone. Your District Manager will be there to coach, support, and help you succeed.
You Don't Have to Be a Mechanic
Mechanical Experience Is Not Required.
We can teach you how to change oil. We can teach you our systems and processes. We can train you on the automotive side of the business.
What we can’t teach as easily is
leadership, work ethic, attitude, and the desire to develop people.
If you know how to lead a team, communicate effectively, work hard, and take pride in what you do, we want to talk to you.
