Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth. Identify new market opportunities and oversee business development initiatives. Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with other C-Suite members to align commercial goals with overall business strategy.
Monitor and report on the performance of commercial activities, ensuring continuous improvement. Oversee budget planning and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
The Successful
Applicant A successful candidate should have:
Proven experience in leading commercial teams within the Plastics and Polymer Industry sector. Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in developing and executing business plans. A degree in business, economics, or a related field. Fluency in Italian, with a good command of English What's on Offer Competitive base salary ranging from €140,000 to €160,000.
