This position will be based at Monte San Pietro (BO).

He/She creates and implements global commodity strategy.
Responsible for cost, quality and delivery performance of the assigned commodity.

/p /brpbKey Responsibilities /b /p /brul /brliDevelop Commodity Managers /li /brliDevelop and align commodity strategy with other functions in line with business needs /li /brliEnsure global implementation of commodity strategy /li /brliIntroduce new technologies and new suppliers /li /brliSet cost and delivery targets for suppliers of assigned commodity /li /brliEnsure commodity contractual coverage /li /brliEnsure commodity compliance with company rules and policies /li /brliSupport the improvement of processes and standards in collaboration with Business Improvement Team /li /brliPlan annual budget of direct materials cost,



OPEX for the assigned commodity /li /br /ul /brpbKPIs: /b /p /brul /brliCommodity direct materials cost saving /li /brliCommodity delivery performance (OTD and lead time) /li /brliCommodity strategy implementation /li /brliCommodity contractual coverage /li /brliCommodity COPQ (recorded value and % of recharge) /li /br /ul /brpbr/bRequirements /b /p /brul /brliEducation: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Engineering /li /brliLanguages: Fluent Italian and English; written and verbal communication.
/li /brliExperience: 4 – 8 years in a similar role /li /br /ul /brpbOther Information Specific Skills /b /p /brul /brliSolid technical knowledge of electronics components /li /brliAbility to interact technically with RD team /li /brliCapability to define and implement commodity strategies /li /brliKnowledge of electronic semiconductors market /li /brliCompetence in contract and supplier agreements /li /brliAnalysis and reporting skills /li /brliExcellent team player and collaborative style in an international environment /li /brliGood knowledge of SAP is a plus /li /brliVariable compensation /li /brliWelfare and benefits package /li /br /ul /brpThe final compensation package (including base salary and potential variable incentives) will be defined based on the candidate's experience, technical expertise, and overall fit for the role.
