Dematic is seeking an experienced Senior MU Project Manager to lead the successful execution of individual projects through to final customer acceptance. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, to the agreed specifications, and in line with Dematic's quality and performance standards.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be 49.125 - 72.050 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills
Tasks and Qualifications:
Principal Responsibilities
Lead projects with full responsibility over budget, schedule, quality and EHS (Environment Health and Safety)Leading interdisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time and quality within a given cost frameworkContact person for the customer during the entire project durationContract management including change and claims managementScheduling and controlControl of costs and cash flow with accurate forecasts of over and underspending.Risk management and project status reportingCoordinating the specification and procurement of equipment, products and services together with the relevant departmentsEnsure compliance with project management processes and policies
Knowledge & Experience Required
University degree (industrial engineer, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, business administration with a specialization in logistics) or a comparable qualificationIdeally project experience with strong cost, time and quality awarenessExperience in the logistics sector desirableExperience working in a live environment, effectively coordinating break-in activitiesGood communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundariesAbility to work in a team, change and problem-solving skills as well as an analytical approach to workConstructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility and assertivenessWillingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx.30%). Driving license.Good written and spoken English and local language. Fluency in other languages is desirable.
