Job Summary
Provides basic support for sales administration activities, including processing routine transactions and maintaining accurate records. Assists in preparing standard reports and ensures compliance with established procedures. Works under close supervision and follows clearly defined guidelines to support the sales team's operational needs





Education & Experience
Administration Office experience is required
Typically College or university degree required

Responsibilities
Supports foundational sales operations tasks such as order entry,expediting, data validation, and routine reporting. Assists in maintaining accurate documentation and ensures compliance with established processes. Provides support for internal coordination, resolves basic issues, and contributes to timely completion of assigned activities. Learns operational systems and workflows while adhering to quality standards and service timelines. Focuses on accuracy and efficiency to enable smooth execution of sales administration functions.
