Job Description
We are currently seeking a Project Manager Technical Project Mgmt. (IT) Sr. Manager to join our dynamic team in Bologna, Italy. The role is an individual contributor responsible for driving the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital platform initiatives—Compass AI, Writer AI, SiteScope, Workato, UiPath, Power Automate, and Cursor—while managing scope, schedule, resources, risks, and dependencies across cross‑functional teams. The Project Manager will act as the central coordination point for stakeholder communication, governance cadences, and executive‑level status reporting,
supporting Vertiv’s Operational Excellence and Customer Focus strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery management for Digital platform initiatives, ensuring on‑time, in‑scope delivery of Compass AI, Writer AI, SiteScope, Workato, UiPath, Power Automate, and Cursor.
- Serve as the central coordination point for cross‑functional stakeholders, establishing governance cadences, meeting rhythms, and executive‑level status reporting to maintain alignment and decision velocity.
- Lead or support global roll‑outs of Digital platform initiatives, coordinating regional best practices, phased deployment plans, and change‑management activities to ensure consistent adoption and operational readiness.
