RPA Support Specialist
Pubblicato il 23-08-2026 - Jhc Consulting in Roma
JHC Consulting is currently supporting a major Italian infrastructure firm as they refine their internal operations and governance. We require an RPA Support Specialist to join this engagement at an entry level. In this position, you will maintain the integrity of automated processes that underpin the client's reporting and data management structures.
While the core of the work involves technical oversight, your primary output at JHC will be the written word. We believe that a technical error is only fully understood when it is described in clear, declarative English.
The Role
You will monitor the daily execution of software robots and automated scripts that manage data flows for our client. When a process fails or produces an unexpected result, you will be responsible for diagnosing the cause and documenting the resolution. Your work will involve regular reading of system logs and technical specifications to ensure that the automation remains aligned with the strategic goals of the infrastructure firm.
This is a fully remote position that requires a disciplined approach to task management. You will draft technical updates and brief memoranda that explain system performance to our principals. Instead of using dashboards as a substitute for thought, you will synthesize technical data into narrative reports that can be read and understood by board members.
You will be responsible for ensuring that every automated task is accounted for and that its impact on the broader organization is clearly understood.
What You Bring
We are looking for an individual with a foundational understanding of robotic process automation tools and a strong interest in how technology supports corporate governance.
You do not need years of professional experience, but you must demonstrate a high degree of technical literacy and a willingness to learn complex systems. Useful skills and attributes include:
- A basic familiarity with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Power Automate.
- The ability to read and interpret basic scripts or process maps.
- Excellent writing skills, with a focus on clarity and logical structure.
- A background in computer science, information systems, or a related field of study.
- The analytical rigor to question assumptions within a workflow.
- A disciplined approach to independent work in a remote setting.
- Attention to detail when reviewing system logs and error reports.
- Comfortable synthesizing technical information for a non-technical audience.
How We Work
At JHC Consulting, the document is the work. We do not participate in large team meetings or rely on slide presentations to communicate ideas. Every analysis you perform and every support ticket you resolve will contribute to a signed memorandum.
This model places a significant amount of responsibility on the individual author. You will be expected to conduct your own reading and analysis before forming a conclusion.
Our process involves successive revisions to ensure that every sentence is necessary and every claim is supported by evidence.
This discipline ensures that our counsel remains objective and useful to our clients over the long term. We value the courage to name uncomfortable truths within a system's design.
Working at JHC Consulting
Our firm is fully remote and operates on a basis of high individual autonomy. We trust our staff to manage their own schedules and produce work that meets our rigorous standards. This role offers a competitive salary that is attractive for an entry level professional entering the advisory sector.
You will work directly with principals who have backgrounds in institutional finance and strategic management. Because we limit the number of mandates we accept, you will have the time to focus on the quality of your writing and the precision of your technical support. There is no requirement for travel or presence in a central office, as we prioritize the clarity of written communication over physical proximity.
We offer a professional environment where the quiet work of thinking and writing is protected.
The work we do for the Italian infrastructure firm has long term implications for their operational stability. As an RPA Support Specialist, your name will appear on the records of the systems you maintain and the reports you author. This level of personal accountability is the foundation of our practice.
We provide our clients with a written record that serves as a dissenting read of their internal cases, and we expect our staff to uphold this standard of intellectual honesty. The goal is to provide counsel that remains relevant for years, rooted in the discipline of a well argued page.
