Your Tasks
- Ensure quality control of finished products
- Maintain a strong operational presence in production, monitoring processes and managing product-related deviations
- Manage and maintain the Quality Management System (e.g. ISO 9001, BRC, AIC, RSPO), including documentation and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement by analysing quality data (waste, complaints, trends) and implementing corrective and preventive actions in collaboration with production
- Act as a backup to the QA Manager, coordinating the QA team and ensuring prioritization and timely operational decision-making when required
Your Profile
- Degree in Food Science & Technology or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in Quality roles, with exposure to both supplier management and production environments
- Solid understanding of production processes
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving
- Proven ability to take ownership, make decisions, and lead operationally
- Hands-on,
proactive mindset with the ability to perform under pressure
- Fluent in English and in German or Italian
