What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Advisor, you'll help Italian-speaking customers with their questions always with empathy, patience, and a smile. You'll be guided by training, supported by your team, and grow your skills every day.
️ Your daily tasks will include:
- Answering customer questions via phone, email, or chat
- Helping people solve everyday issues (training will be provided!)
- Keeping things friendly, clear, and professional
- Learning how to use tools and systems that make your job easier
- Being a brand ambassador customers can count on
You Don't Need Experience Just the Right Mindset
You're fluent Italian
You speak English at a conversational level (B2)
You're comfortable using a computer and willing to learn
You're ready to work in rotating shifts (morning/evening/weekends)
You're positive, patient, and enjoy talking to people
You're open to new challenges and want to grow
You've worked in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
You've helped friends/family with tech problems or enjoy solving small issues
