Intrepid Travel is seeking an Operations Manager, Italy, to lead trip delivery across Italy from Rome in a 3-2-1 hybrid pattern. You will coach guides, manage budgets and KPIs, and ensure safety and quality for travellers.

Fluency in Italian and English is essential; you will collaborate with Europe/global teams and contribute to the Italy DMC strategy, building high-performing teams.
