Tesco is seeking a Shift Leader to join our store team. The role offers flexible shift patterns with a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week and options for 12 hours where available.

You’ll lead a busy team in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering excellent customer service and a well‑presented store. You’ll coordinate duties, coach colleagues, ensure safety, manage store performance, and be the main point of contact in the absence of the Manager.
