ADLER Spa Resorts & Retreats in Italy seeks a Pastry Commis (f/m/d) to join the 5-star ADLER Dolomiti kitchen in Ortisei, starting autumn 2026. You will assist in creating desserts under the Pastry Chef and help with plated desserts, cakes, and buffets.

You bring hotel/restaurant training, a warm guest-focused mindset, and an eye for detail. Languages: Italian and English, with knowledge of German a plus; a true team player who cares about HACCP basics.
